Product returns

For products purchased on www.diffusioneshop.com, returns can be requested no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
The return can be forwarded on Diffusioneshop by accessing your customer control panel -> Returns manager and order cancellation-> select the order for which you want to request the return/exchange or replacement, finally select the product/s you want to return. If you have place a order like ''guest'' you can send a return request here: refund page
After making the return request you will receive the return authorization after it is approved by our office (only on working days).
  • The goods must be returned to our headquarters in Italy, at Diffusione Luce Via Raibano 39/d 47853 Coriano (RN). 

  • The return costs must be paid by the customer. When the goods are received in the warehouse, they will be checked (packaging check and no defects or writings) and if compliant we will issue the refund of the amount of the order paid excluding the cost of original shipment freight charges (If shipping is free during the order phase for a current promotion, the shipping amount originally paid by Diffusione Luce srl will be deducted). In the situation where the end customer is unable to return the purchased item at his own expense, Diffusione Luce srl can take care of the pick up of the return shipment at the customer's cost.

  • The items you intend to return must be returned in their original box and in the same condition as they were received.

  • Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges complaints if you do not have all the components of the product, including the original box.

  • Since the product must be available for sale, if the product shows tampering or written defects, our office will take care of considering withholding a percentage of the total amount paid depending on the damage.

  • Requests for damaged orders can be forwarded no later than 3 days from receipt of the goods, this will help us open a case with the courier and resolve the problem much faster, if the customer is unable to provide images or videos to prove the damage, we are unable to resolve the problem or collect the product at our expense or refund shipping costs.

  • The Diffusione Luce company will take care only of restoring the purchased object with spare parts if there is any damage during transport. We do not carry out collections outside the European Community.

  • For orders not yet shipped, it is possible to request cancellation directly from your customer account.

  • In case of damaged on arrival, we kindly ask you to contact us at [email protected] no later than 3 days upon reception of goods, before submitting a return request.

We do not accept:

  1. Returns of Limited Edition items and light fittings due to further tampering which may jeopardize the original and unique feature of the lamp of light fitting. Therefore, all returns requests falling under this clause will be rejected.
  2. Returns of Murano glass products produced exclusively based on your order with approximately 5-8 weeks of production time, however it is possible to evaluate the exchange with goods of equal or greater value.
