Goods are shipped with insurance in 5 continents, our affiliated couriers can reach any country or province, to see final price just add the products to the cart.
Packages are sent in 24/48 hours after receipt payment with insured express courier if items are in stock. 
If you choose Priority international AIR courier your order will arrive in 2/3 days by UPS or DHL, if you choose Standard international ground courier your items will arrive in 4/7 days by Fedex (Only for Europe). Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or winter/summer sales orders may be delayed. Shipping costs include order management, packaging and transport costs to the customer's address.
Orders outside Italy and the European Community do not include VAT or any duties or customs charges, which are exclusively borne by the customer, except for special agreements with customers and for the United States, Australia we include cost for customs clearance of goods, no additional charges will be applied to the delivery of the goods (Except in special situations agreed with the customer).
If the ordered items are not immediately available, these will be ordered from the supplier, and then sent to the customer after 7 to 21 days usually.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated time of arrival and may be affected by delays or materials shortage.
When shipping, the courier type will change according to the destination. For any kind of shipment we send you a link to tracking the parcel. If your order is splitted into more shipments, you will receive the first tracking number on your order account, and then other tracking numbers separately to your email.
If you have urgency and the products are not ready for fast delivery you can contact us directly for more information about detailed delivery time. We may even arrange faster solution if items are delayed. Freight cost depends on the total order weight and destination, the website will calculate the shipping cost automatically. We advise to group all items in one order to save more money on the shipping cost.
  • The goods are carefully packed with special care for fragile items. It is possible to add additional insurance coverage on your shipping, please contact us before finalizing your order.
  • We kindly ask you to check the goods upon receipt and to sign the delivery with "goods left unchecked".
  • Important: if the package is visibly damaged, ''sign with reserve'' and communicate everything to the courier.
  • If the goods are returned to our warehouse due to the absence of the recipient and/or incorrect address, despite all the notices received regarding the tracking and automated management of the delivery by our couriers, the shipping, storage and return costs will be solely and exclusively at paid by the buyer.
